Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

"Auto-leveling" refers to up and down motion and is standard on all HID's. The "adaptive" refers to the left and right motion (for going around curves), and is only offered on the summit and SRT.

I wondered when someone would notice. The picture is from Jeep.com, but I thought it looked better going left to right, so I flipped it in PhotoShop. I hope Chevyboy doesn't see it. He might build mine that way.

I edited mine in Photoshop as well: dropped a zero off the price of the CRD so it's now $450.00.....I'm hoping my dealer won't notice!

Do you happen to know some of the differences? In particular which features will we get in Germany and which not?

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

Does anyone know if the keyless remote will feature a "lowering button" for the models equppied with the quadralift? I saw a review of the 2013 Ram on youtube last night and saw that quadralift equipped models have this feature.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

I will post the video i found in a little bit. It was amazing to see how low that truck went.

I really wish Ram would make a fulsize suburban competitor.

That would be pretty bad-ass, but they probably only do it on the Ram so they can use the fact that it's easier to load and/or climb into the bed as a selling point.

I've just about memorized the spec sheet in my caffeine-fueled up-for-days bender learning all there is about the '14 GC. Matter of fact there should be a new Premium Level 6 created, with membership based solely on passing a quiz regarding the new GC. I'd be the first applicant with a perfect score.
Thank you Northland...exactly what I was looking for. I am still studying...hard. So many options...
