Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

Will we get the body colored mirror housings like on the export summit seen on the spy pics? If so I'll order a black one. If not then it'll be white, mineral gray or silver to minimise the contrast...

If you want black, and it comes with chrome mirrors, just buy the brilliant black mirrors from a Laredo ($300) and swap out the covers, then sell the chrome covers.

I got an Overland and replaced the chrome mirrors with brilliant black by doing a trade with a brilliant black Laredo owner.

When could we see it hitting Aussie shores? Also what colours are we going to be able to pick from any new ones?

Nope. Body-color mirrors only on the Laredo and SRT8 models.

Don't have a date for export models but I believe production will start at the same time or shortly after north american production. Have not seen color list but there will more than likely be several new colours.

Ok thanks Milous, I guess I'll do like jgc4ever and get them from a laredo, great idea.

Hope the Summit still comes with black olive wood in MY2014!

Nothing solid. But due to its popularity I'm sure we will see it or something similar return for 2014MY.

And continuing the Aussie theme - do you know whether those dates include CRDs?

Cheers
