Sounds about right.. But you have to remember that not all 487ish were built on one shift. If they were, then we could all safely assume that things are fine and back running smoothly, bc that'd be a good average. But that 487 average is across 2 shifts for that timeframe, which is still significantly less what they want for launch build up. Typically this number should be at least 800 WKs per day right now. (350-450 per shift.) Remember, we average 1200 cars a day. So I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but +3900 WKs in +/- 8 days ain't nothin to write home about.

But on another note.. I got excited for you yesterday! I thought I found your truck. But negative.. Wadn't it. Close, but no cigar. VIN didn't match. But apparently someone else shares your tastes.

MAKE SURE you pm or something when your status changes! I really wanna see if I can find this thing for you. It's gonna be a needle in a hay stack, but I'm up for it.

Darn! That's funny though.

Anyway, will do, and thanks again!

(I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that it'll be built within the next 7-10 days.)

Hey guys...I have searched everywhere and keep getting mixed info.

Does the 2014 Summit w/Hemi come standard with QDII?

Overland Interior Colors & Golf Clubs

Hello... two questions

Is the Frost w/Jeep brown interior (specifically the carpet) similar to the current overland color scheme?

Will a set of golf clubs fit without leaning?

thx,

steve

No. 2 inch receiver, but there's a lot more metal to it than the US one. The bar is almost the width of the car and bolts on at the sides rather than in the middle, and the receiver only partially cuts into the bottom of the rear bumper. Only picture I have where you can sort of see it:

You got the Summit, Overland, Trailhawk, etc. Where is the Farmer version, like the commercial? Not everyone wants the bling and gizmos, after all it is a JEEP. Some of us just want to throw the dogs and gear in the back, and get dirty in the woods. I don't have enough room inside the truck, hence looking for an SUV. I would like to buy this made in Detroit vehicle, with an 8sp. and penstar motor, but I'm beginning to question the sense and restrictions of these option packages. I know I'm new here, I apologize for the rant, but what the heck not all of us want to (or can) spend 50K on a vehicle. Maybe I should be waiting for the new Cherokee.
Agreed!

Looks a lot lower than a North American hitch but way better than that thing they have in the EU ...

I had a TJ in my garage for a few years. Hardtop hanging from the ceiling all summer. Just not functional enough, especially for family getting in the back, dogs in the back back, even in the unlimited. One thing I like about the wrangler is the availability to get a 6 sp. manual trans. If that would be available in the GC that would be in my vehicle. I still drive a manual everyday, and enjoy it. Not the bike, whats behind it.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

Not sure if this has been asked or not but what are the chances that you could modify the headlights on an Overland or Limited? Really want to get Max Steel and not crazy about the honeycomb mesh behind the grill of a Summit. To each his own.

Probably be infinitely easier to change the mesh behind the grille...if your talking about the black plastic underneath the headlights you have a choice functional washers or filler plastic...or a Laredo
