Limited:
$36,192 Base
$ 4,005 Diesel (EXF)
$ 2,670 Lux (AHN)
$ 2,495 Off Road 2 (AWY)
$ 356 Radio (RA4)

$45,718 TOTAL

Overland:
$43,736 Base
$ 4,005 Diesel (EXF)
$ 886 Off Road 2 (AWY)
--------------------------
$48,627 TOTAL

From what I can tell, but maybe I am missing something, the only differences in these two vehicles will be some exterior styling, wood on the steering wheel and a leather dash. Maybe also a different leather grade on the overland, I cannot tell that for sure since the lux group seems to add in the Nappa leather to the limited.

Am I figuring this all up right?

Thanks!
Diesel is $1000 less with the Limited Lux package versus Overland. The Overland has dimming passenger mirror, nicer wood (open pore), nicer leather, more paint (monochromatic look), rear ambient lighting, leather dash, puddle lamps on the underside of the power retractable side mirrors.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Ordering Information and Pricing

After reading thousands of posts on this site, I finally made up my mind and ordered a 2014 Overland. I waited as long as I could for the Limited Lux II package because I was nervous about the Quadra-lift horror stories. Hopefully my lack of patience and will power won't come back to haunt me.

Thanks to everyone for the incredible amount of information on the 2014s. My dealer was amazed that I knew so much.

I came up with about an $1,800 difference in the1%-below-invoice prices between a Limited 4x4, standard engine, Lux, ORA II, RA4 and Advanced Tech package and an Overland with ORA II and Advanced Tech. So I think your calculations, without the 1% discount, look OK; but it's late.

In addition to the leather dash, chrome tow hooks, etc., the Overland also has power folding mirrors, auto dimming passenger mirror, puddle lamps and what ended up being the most important for me - the ability to get the Indigo Blue/Jeep Brown interior. Another difference is that you can order the Overland now.

Milous,

Are you sure you didn't get this from Sheldon Cooper?

Everyone should check the first post in this thread. Milous just updated availability dates for Billet Silver, Lux II, CRD, etc.

Funny that the DVD-system won't be available prior to July and on the other hand, the Mopar exterior appearance group can be ordered right away although nobody has a clue what it actually is.

But that's not too bad, either. If you're a gambler, ordering it gives you an additional adrenaline-boost.

I predict it will be lame, like black plastic "Mopar" tubular side things.

Actually those are the production launch dates so I would think you can order before then... which would mean soon. very soon.

Hope it's sooner! Waiting for call from dealer on when they can order. I know I'll see it here first and I'll be calling them! lol

Maybe - or perhaps very close to the Chrome-package - but dark instead.

That's not bad though because I always wanted to have the option of getting these black powdered ones instead of the Chrome. The Summit certainly doesn't need more of that..
