Oh nothing to get excited about, still show 4/22 start date, someone awhile back wanted a color pic of the diesel fuel filler.

I was a little worried about the post that showed a May production start... Another month delay would be brutally cruel.

Pat, any guesses as to % for MY14 Limited vs MY14 Limited w/ AHN?

My thought was "May production" started on April 22.

Learned one lesson for next time. Ordering early doesn't mean anything.
Ordering still means you get exactly what you want. At least (the very little tiny least) that's something.

Is there any way you could post pictures of a Black GC next to a Granite GC ?

My bet is we will be looking at Black and Almost Black.

Is the 2014 Granite paint the same as 2013 Granite paint on other car models? I was excited for granite, but I saw it on the 2013 challenger, and it had a lot of brown in it to my eye. I'm hoping I like it more on the 2014 JGC, as I would like a ~carbon color.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Ordering Information and Pricing

Can't remember who asked, but the 18" Laredo wheel is the same as the others.

I just checked out a couple exports with them.

And whoever has this black SRT sitting outside my door, with black vapor wheels, VIN 125956, you sir have made a very nice purchase!

And whoever has 130825.. I'm jealous.

Nice combos ladies and gents.. Very nice!

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Ordering Information and Pricing

I read in a review recently that they thought the 20" rims made for a noisier tire compared to the 18" rims. I suppose that is possible since as I understand it, the outside diameter of the tires are all the same, so that means a tire on a 20" rim would have a smaller sidewall than tires on a 18" rim. But it looks like the 20" (with all season tires) is the only option on the Summit, and if you go to the 18" rim on the Overland you get on/off road tires which I assume would be noisier than all season tires. Yes? No?

The DEF tank is 8 gallons, good for approx 10,000 miles.

That filler looks big enough for the medium nozzles. Nothing short of a large truck with saddle tanks can handle the really big, high flow nozzles.

The tires on the 18" wheels are Michelin Lattitude Touring tires. They are basicly all season tires and Michelin does not recommend them for off-road use. Why they are used in ORA packages is anyones' guess. People have been complaining about it for couple of years now to no avail.
