Just keep a hold on it and give a little resistance and it will go into manual mode.

I don't suppose that would affect the power lift gate rotors would it? At the end of the day, you're preventing mechanical gears from turning that it could get worn out quick unless there is an actual override by doing what you suggest. I mean, rotors and the pneumatic arms are being held back.

Matt said it goes into manual mode. If it didn't, it would keep moving when you let go.

Re power lift gate: I'll bet the computer senses the motor draw and cuts the power (making it manual) if the amps go up over a certain amount, as if it hit the garage ceiling or you held it down with your hand.

I'm leaning Michael Bay and have a casting call out for the next Megan Fox to try out by washing the truck in her daisy dukes. No promises.

Most of the guys at CDJ are pretty clueless.

For example, *I* had to explain to the sales guys the differences between QT2 and QD2 (and on what packages it's available). The response was "What's an E-Diff?" *ARG!* Followed by "I'm pretty sure we can get that installed here at the dealership."

I suspect it's the same at most dealerships. You get one or two guys that do their homework, the rest just make crap up.
I went to a dealership the other day to do the same, compare an Overland to a Summit. They to had the 14's on the roof ( I didn't even know they had roof parking). Surprisingly, i got a very knowledgable and responsive sales person. It was refreshing to meet a salesperson who knew almost as much as I did for once!

Also nice, a grey 14' overland was parked next to a 14' summit, made it much easier to compare side b side.

Now that would be an interesting casting call...

Update: I am looking in the owners manual and I can't find any mention of the adjustment...Damn it...
I have the quadra lift function and it will fit easily in the garage at the park ride height. Also fits at normal ride height if I pull sufficiently forward in the garage.

QL and QD(requires hemi or CRD) are not listed seperately as options, requires ORAII.
I was under the impression only QD2 requires Hemi or CRD, but not QL?

No...I haven't. But someone took the time to edit the informatin viewed when you click the (I) button. They took out the tire description...it was there before. They also removes the constraint that causes the upgrade /downgrade warning. We'll see when I order because I'm asking for ORA2 and 20's.
