From order to delivery expect 4-8 weeks.. Some may take longer and some could be quicker.

Based on the vehicles tracked in the tracking thread it appears that most are scheduled to be delivered about 1 month or a month and a week after ordering.

Chrysler LLC already pays the dealer for prep. They basically stole $250 from you, sorry.

There are other fees that dealers pay based on there local. They used to show on the invoice. I agree that dealer prep should not be one of them.

But whether they put it as a fee, or give that much less discount, if both people agreed to the bottom line, there was no theft.

Yea, I wonder when they sprang that price on the buyer though. Maybe not stealing, but I don't think it's right.

While I agree that there was no theft in a real sense I think that shows the dishonest of the dealer in putting in a fee for a client/customer knowing well in advance that it shouldn't be there. Immoral, shady practice, dishonest - absolutely

Also, my salesmen has already said, in writing, they participate.
When I called Affiliate before going into the dealership they said no added handling and prep. (Ford was the same way when I used them.) And my sales manager accepted that "fact" when I mentioned it before final negotiations.

Chevy-Sad but true about pretty much any "sales" driven business. This is why its best to practice due diligence as I've never heard of "honest" and "dealers" used together. At the end of the day, we, as the consumer, are responsible for reading and questioning everything on the sales bill. It's been said to take the time to read everything and if something doesn't seem right, DO NOT SIGN. It's better to ask than regret it later. Fortunately for the DC Group buy fellas, the agreement was in writing so Koons HAD to refund the extra destination charge.
