Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Ordering Information and Pricing

Great to here. I know the handling shouldn't be expected to be anything like the E90, but either way, how is the handling of the GC? Reasonable lack of body roll?

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Ordering Information and Pricing

My 335 had the sport package so there's no comparison. That car was sick to drive. I miss it a lot.

But in normal driving the JGC has been fine. It feels capable and planted on the road just fine. I'm sure better tires would help even more in that regard.

Yeah, I mean comparing arguably the best handling luxury sport sedan to a nearly 5,000 lb SUV 'aint exactly fair...

Was driving the E90 today actually(instead of my WJ), as my dad was doing something else, and holy shit. You feel SO connected to the road in that car. Handling is phenomenal.

But ignore me, this is a jeep forum!

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Ordering Information and Pricing

My wait is over tomorrow.

I had a grey 14' Summit V* 4x4 on order, but after seeing the Auburn color in person, I knew thats what I wanted. On my second attempt to have my dealer steal one from another dealer, they were finally successful. My new JGC came down from Dallas tonight and I get to pick her up around lunch tomorrow.

After all the waiting on the CRD, and the damn fiasco of buying the Ram 1500, I am glad to finally get back into a Jeep!

Wait till August or after Labor Day and the Chrysler/Jeep dealers will be open to large discounts on the V8.
