Specifically, David Tisdial.

I'm *trying* to get him to match Pat's offer, so far, with mixed results.

I was gungho to go with Pat, until I realized that I still have to pay the same Destination fee I would to get it delivered here in seattle, and still need to travel to Pat and back (kinda negating the extra 1% savings).

QUADRA-DRIVE II 4WD SYSTEM (AWB) (requires 27P) [MSRP $795 / INV. $ 708] with AWY and EXF or EZH: (no charge)
Correct.

To get the QD2 option you cannot have the V6, you must have the CRD or V8.

On the Overland trim, you can select JUST to add the QD system if you want, or you can select the ORA2 group.

For Limited, you have to get ORA2 to get QD2.

Summit, QD2 comes standard with the CRD and V8 (hence the price increase on the CRD and V8 engines for the Summit).

Agree. I don't have a deadline and I'm not really in a rush one way or the other. I have an 8 hour drive to Myrtle Beach in mid March and it would be nice to have for that. I'm driving a 2011 Overland now so it's not like I'm gonna suffer one way or the other. I'd rather see the guys whose cars are going away get them first.

Like someone on here pointed out, first world problems.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Ordering Information and Pricing

Interior wise the Limited does not include the leather dash correct? Thats the main difference inside when compared to the Overland?

Im debating on ordering one of the following:

Overland 4x4 W/
-Diesel
-Off-Road Aventure II

or

Limited 4x4 W/
-Diesel
-Lux Group II
-Off-Road Aventure II
-UConnect (RA4)

I added both up with dest fee and 1% off MSRP and came out with the following:

-Overland = $49,136
-Limited = $45,985.

Difference of: $3,751.00

Not sure the leather dash is worth it for that kind of price difference.

I come up with a difference of "only" $3,151.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Ordering Information and Pricing

Are official specifications, measurements, and capacities available for the 2014? If so, where?

I am waffling between a loaded Limited or Overland and leaning towards the CRD. However I need to make sure this will fit in my garage before I get too serious. I downloaded the Owners Guide & Manual from jeep.com but didn't see any dimensions.

Thanks- Eric

I worked up the same features you did and came out with an invoice of $49,622 (less 1% = $49,126) for the Overland and $46,439 (less 1% = $45,975) for the Limited as optioned. (I may have made a ~$10 mistake by taking 1% off of the destination fee.) After the 1% discount, there's a difference of about $3,150, which may send me down to Limited. When you add the 9.35% sales tax we have here, the difference is more like $3,400.

I don't really care about the leather dash or partial wood steering wheel or chrome tow hooks. The real loss to me is not being able to get the Indigo Blue/Jeep Brown interior. But it gets hot here in the summer, even in northern Arizona, so the Light Frost might be better anyway.

From what I have found out, the dimensions should not of changed. So what it shows for the 2013 model should be the same as the 2014 model.

I'm not sure why you'd do 1% off MSRP, my guess is you meant invoice.

Same, as long as we're talking invoice.

Limited
- $49,185 MSRP
- $45,975 1% under invoice

Overland
- $52,485 MSRP
- $49,126 1% under invoice

Difference
- $3,300 MSRP
- $3,151 1% under invoice

-- Edit --
Joel beat me to it, and pointed out my mistake in taking the 1% off of the destination fee too.

I don't think the Jeep has to be delivered to the place you bought it from. I'm almost certain you can have it dropped of at your local dealership if not even your own house for that matter. Guess that's up to who you are buying from.

I asked the same thing a few pages back. By the lack of response, I'd guess the answer is currently unknown, which really isn't surprising to me at this point. Hopefully we'll get some info on that in the next few weeks.
