Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee Taillights

My Subaru has red LED brake/amber turn. My Toyota Tundra has all red, whereas the 96 Tacoma that preceded it had amber turns. All US spec vehicles.

Cannot tell from the pictures.

If not, is there an easy fix?

Thanks!
There is no easy fix to get amber turn signals.

It will require manual labor.

1. You would have to disconnect the brake light output coming from the brake light switch and stop it from running through the turnsignal switch.

2. Running new positive brake light wires to the rear of the vehicle

3. Move to the back of the vehicle and cut the wires for the used to be the brake light wires. They would need to be moved to the new location of your turnsignals.

4. Connect the wires you ran to the back of the vehicle to the brake lights.

With the WK2 the harness that runs to the taillights run under the rear seat and exit through a grommet in the floor pan.
