Talking Re: 2014 Interior Reference Thread.

For those who want to have a 2014 interior....on their own 2011 to 2013 Jeep WK2. Design and Marketing Jeep Department does not deserve praise :

Interiors

I will continue to drive happily my 2012 GC Laredo with cloth interior, especially since even the poor quality of Katzkin leather not justify paying more for a product that does not apply.

I'd rather spend my cash in gas and have fun with my car.

I have two friends owners of 2011 and 2012 WK2 GC who were obligeded to completely change (under varranty...) "leather" seat cushions that are in reality a very good poor resistant vynil plastic...... This does not cause great qualities of the vehicle, but Chrysler ... sells shit leather interior at a caviar price.

Re: 2014 Interior Reference Thread.

I wonder if the black interior on the Overland looks the same but all black (black with the white piping) ?

EDIT: According the chart I just saw and posted in the first post, it looks like the answer is NO.

Black interior on the on the Overland is all black (no colored piping) and the Brown / Light Frost has Brown Piping, and the Brown / Indigo Blue has the white piping.

Man, the white thread stitching drives me NUTS! Plus it would get real dirty, real quick ... but on in high traffic areas ... then look like crap!

Re: 2014 Interior Reference Thread.

Does anyone know if the copper trim is standard on all Summit models regardless of the interior color? Specifically, will the Summit's with the black interior be optioned with silver trim instead of the copper?
Thanks

Re: 2014 Interior Reference Thread.

I think someone from the factory, chevy_boy, or Milous, or maybe I read it on a pdf, that that 2014 Overland Black interior has pearl white piping.

Agree with the same question, if the black is the copper/gold might be a deal breaker for me

Copper trim comes with Jeep Brown, Silver Trim with Black on Summit.

You can see the Black Summit interior on a few pics that were taken of a White Summit at Detroit.

edit: I just saw the Overland picture from post #2 of the ordering thread, and you're right, it doesn't look like the seats have white (or silver) piping.
