And you are seriously considering a wk2 trailhawk when you want a raptor ? They have meds for schizophrenia you know

I don't disagree...completely. I will say that the '13 Trailhawk offered both 3.6 and 5.7 engines. I would think the '14 would have similar offerings (including the CRD). Me? I'd opt for the 5.7...and bring my pricing down.

I agree. That thing looks amazing. The color is not my thing, but in Granite Crystal or Max Steel, perfect.

Think that thing has a lift kit on it to get those wheels under it?

It's not a "lift kit" when it comes that way from the factory...is it higher than the potential production model ? Yes, you can bet it is.

You sure about that?

The Mojave WK had the Superlift in it and several of the Jeeps at SEMA used lift kits from companies like Rocky Road Outfitters.

My point is that as a factory installed item it is oem equipment for all intents and purposes. This is a "concept" car and given that a company has already done the engineering to produce it they used it. If it goes to production using this exact same suspension it is not a "kit" but an optional suspension. Also odds are very good that if it goes to production using it the aftermarket version will no longer be available for purchase as the company that manufactured it will be required to sign a non compete in order to get the deal.

Re: 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk

I have to give Jeep massive kudos

They really are listening to their customers and coming up with some great production concepts. This is one bad ass ride, infact I think it might be too bad ass if there is such a thing. Now all the plain Jane's want white and black. Don't get me wrong, it would look awesome in those colors too, but orange is for those who want to be set apart from a normal GC and feel like they have the meanest and best special edition. That orange really pops and the black accents are an awesome touch.

Well done Jeep and great job by the design team

RG and the boys watch this forum and watch what we do to our Jeeps! They know exactly what the true enthusiast want. This Jeep and the new SRT hits the nail on the head. You could call these, the altitudes, the vapor and alpine...the JeepGarage editions!
