You can adjust them after they tilt, but that setting will not be saved for the next tilt event

The next time it should go to that setting. The passenger side isn't adjustable though. I just tried this on my car. I'll see if it worked tonight.

I tried it too a few times. It didn't work for me either.

I like the mirror tilt feature except when trailering. Can't see the trailer and it is a lot of hassle to dig through the menu to turn it off and later back on. I wish they disabled the mirror tilt when in Tow/Haul mode. Also make the left mirror tilt less than it does.

Re: 2014 Overland mirrors when in reverse

I had a 2010 Ram 1500 that only the passenger mirror would tilt..THAT was helpful when parallel parking etc, to help keep from scarfing my rims.
Do not like both mirrors tilting though, renders them basically useless to see peripheral things behind you ( Which is what I usually NEED to see!)...
I just turn em off...
This vehicle is much easier to park though, and that is one of the reasons I switched to it. Quad cab pickups are just beasts to park in most traffic situations....
Overall very happy with it...

Hi all!
Here in Moscow dealership may reprogramm mirrors so that they wouldn't go so low. The default setting for the right mirror is 85 and I asked them to set it to 53 - now I can see what is behind and the rear wheel also

Interesting. Can this be done by the user, or is dealer trip required?

Could be done by the dealer only.

Thanks. I don't see why the reverse mirror angle isn't a user-selectable choice in the Setup screens. At least give us a high/medium/low type of choice, if not a specific angle number of degrees.

There a huge amount of features that can be adjusted in the Grand Cherokee. Such as drl remains on while turn signal is on, parking lights remain on while engine is running and so on.
Jeep need to think about it and give its customer the opportunity to choose the setup.
On 2011 GC the angle of side mirror was quite fine, don't know why they decided to increase it...
