Probably not gonna get much response to your question in a thread about the V6 engine of the 2014.

Not on mine. The last vehicle I had with pinstripping was a Stone White 2000 WJ Limited 4X4 V8 which had a silver pinstripe on each side. The only reason I tolerated it was because it came standard from JNAP and it was painted on.

Lol depending on the color and if it's thin it does give the car a little contrast.

Re: 2014 V6 owners - how do you like it?

First full day with the Jeep. The V6 is adequate. No complaints about power or fuel consumption. I did not take it out of ECO mode.

Back on topic...Didn't take it out of ECO mode!? You're not gonna get an accurate assessment of the engine in ECO mode.

No, but you get a accurate assessment of the whole package.. In my experience you won't use all 8 gears out of eco mode unless you are going about 55 mph, where as eco mode you go into 8th at 40ish, if you need more power you can always give it more gas causing a downshift, but from what I see out of 8th gear the mileage drops rapidly for every gear less that 8th.

Here you go. Why would I go for anything other than ECO mode and shout "power" at every green light (I am not Jeremy Clarkson either) when I have the other one (Legacy - pretty heavily modded) ? I am undeniably happy with the V6. The driving experience might not be so rewarding over Loveland Pass Colorado - but I do not live there so I will suck it up when I take road trips to the mountains - though I will laugh my way to the gas pump :-)
