Re: 2015 High Altitude Owners Thread

Did you guys get the SRT type pedals on your HA's ? I see its something that they list as standard equipment but I have regular black pedals on mine. Has anyone had the dealer install them after delivery ?

Mine were in the drivers side compartment when you open the liftgate, in a box. The gas pedal snaps on, the rubber brake pedal has to come off and replace with the SRT pedal. Adds a nice touch.

I wonder if this is something many FCA dealership "forget" to do?

My dealership "forgot" to give me the wireless headphones & remote control for my rear entertainment system with my 2012 Overland. I had to go back the next day and pick them up. The sales manager had them in a box inside his desk. There also appeared to be several other similar boxes in that drawer.

So, when I purchased my 2015 Overland from the same dealership I knew to double check everything. And once again, they had not included the headphones & remote to the rear entertainment system.

But this time, I had made sure they gave them to me right then & there.

Re: 2015 High Altitude Owners Thread

Picked up HA end of Nov for $8,750 off MSRP. Ended up leasing for 39 months with 15k miles per year (48,750 miles total) with $1,000 down plus first month payment as the only out of pocket for $470 a month plus tax.

Rebates were 3500 including a lease conquest and dealer said the lease company also kicked in something like 2k. The buy price was 2 grand more than lease price for that reason, did the math and leasing and then buying at residual was cheaper than buying outright.

Anyway, love the car. Fourth grand Cherokee (2001, 2005, and 2007 for daughter) and they really set the bar high on this one. The V6 is better than expected, test drove the V8 and thought it wasn't worth it to me ( tow only once or twice a year at most). Getting 21 mpg with a 60/40 mix of highway/city driving and taking advantage of the cheaper regular gas.

Only downside is the crappy fake roof rails, would much rather have the standard ones on the limited.

Re: 2015 High Altitude Owners Thread

Here's mine.
I did the black front end, Roof rails and Thule bars & added a subwoofer. Now I just realized that there is no front hooks ?!?!? Seriously... I was amazed by the lack of roof rails for an SUV but tow hooks missing on a JEEP.. Where am I suppose to attach it if I'm stuck..? Guess I'll order some soon..

Nice looking rig but it's an Altitude not High Altitude 😉

2015 High Altitude Owners Thread

After months of lurking and excited about the high altitude, I pulled the trigger today. Def deals to be had. And I didn't realize 'just for jeeps' was one of my local dealers. Lovin' it!
