My window sticker is attached and shows the Leather...Armrest after Heated Steering Wheel.
Put this link and add your VIN after it, into an internet browser address bar:

$795.00 for the option HK sound sytem. I wish that we were even close to that range. Canada at $1,995.00 for the same option. What exchange rate is that?

If you log into Mopar Owners Connect, you can see your build and the armrests.

I did an online customer request, (provided justification, equipment list link, vin, etc) got a case number and a case manager assigned.

The case manager setup the appointment for me, I showed up to the dealer I purchase the jeep. The same day I had my new and correct center armrest.

Re: 2015 High Altitude Owners Thread

BIG THANKS to all

I have the white stitching and the sticker shows leather wrapped so I just stopped at dealer and was getting the usual run around - the service manager told me its leather- just has the white stitching
I told him he was wrong and that the leather one has BLACK stitching - he said they all have white and then he took me up to look at one in the show room and what do you know - BLACK STITCHING
We went back to mine in the service bay and he said it was still leather !! I then explained to him the difference between them and pointed out the arm rest in the rear seats which is leather and the difference - he took a bunch of pictures and said he would order me one - WHY the run around

I just looked at several videos on you tube and it seems there are a lot of High Altitudes out there with this white/silver stitching. Called my dealer on the arm rest as well as my widow sticking situation.

I hear you. That one pissed me off a bit when I bought mine. And I don't know how shitty the base stereo is, but the HK isn't that impressive considering the upgrade price. The HK in my 5 Series blows this away and didn't cost any more.

Well, coming from a Dodge Journey this one is way better (having an upgraded Alpine amp over the lower Jeep models), but still shitty. My wife noticed as well how bland it sounded. So compared to your HK...oh my I guess this won't compare at all.

Re: 2015 High Altitude Owners Thread

I think we should have a 2015 high altitude arm rest page....what do y'all think?
It's specific enough and definitely a jeep screw up....
