Re: 2015 High Altitude Owners Thread

I'm using Sport mode more often with my 3.6 v6. It seems much more responsive when I want to jump out there to pass, etc. I wonder how it will trash my mileage, though.

How aggressive you are on the gas pedal is probably more meaningful toward that question than being in Sport Mode, but with all things being equal, there might be a "slight" difference due to higher revs from the prolonged time in the lower gear(s). Whether that's accurately measurable or not is hard to say.

Agreed. I'm generally pretty calm and tend not to hot rod around. After all, I'm the one paying for tires, brakes, gas, etc. But, it does respond quite a bit better in Sport mide. At some cost, though, I suppose. When cruising on the expressway or tpke, I'll always keep it in ECO. When I remember, I also use the paddle shifter to hold 8th and to avoid downshifting when passing or maintaining speed going uphill. Either way, I did not choose the Grand Cherokee for its fuel economy. It's about the same as my last three Infiniti FXs.

Re: 2015 High Altitude Owners Thread

Coming from an Audi A4 with good fuel economy and then jumping into a Doge Journey with horrible fuel economy, I actually chose the JGC for it's awesome fuel economy.

Is your HA MY15 or 16? I also have the CD player in my '15 and want to make sure I have the correct part number for the dealer.

Re: 2015 High Altitude Owners Thread

Where do you find the part number of the armrest you currently have to make sure it's the one you're supposed to have?

This is the part number of the correct arm rest. Your build sheets, available from Mopar Cust. Support, and window sticker specify leather center arm rest with black stitching.
