A lower "normal" height...QL thinks it's at the higher "normal" height.

Re: 2015 High Altitude Owners Thread

How much did that really change the height of the jeep and its ride characteristics?

You can adjust it to whatever height you want. I dropped .5" front and 1.25" back. The ride is only a tad stiffer but not crunchy.

Can you make the adjustment on the fly or do you have to lift the jeep to do so?

Re: 2015 High Altitude Owners Thread

Pretty easy, you don't have to lift the jeep with a jack. The front is easy to reach but you have to set the jeep to OR2 and get underneath to reach the rear links.

Nice ride! I'm on the fence about white or billet.

Do the 1.25" wheel spacers make the wheels flush with the fenders?

These link-based adjustments are not necessarily designed to be changed "frequently". They are most suitable to adjusting the "normal" attitude slightly from OEM height and/or simple leveling. They do not change the limits on the suspension or how QL works, either. They may change the feel of the ride as has already been noted. For example, if you lower similar to the OP, when the vehicle automatically goes into Aero mode at a sustained speed of 65mph, the ride may not be as comfortable as it is with the factory setup, because of how the suspension is compressed to a lower level.

As the OP related in another reply, you can get to them to change them, but it's still a manual effort.

Re: 2015 High Altitude Owners Thread

I posted this in another thread awhile back. Here is my blacked out overland badge I felt it was missing.

"Overland" isn't as dark as it appears. Just shines through. Used duplicolor black chrome spray. Few coats of black. Few coats of clear.

Re: 2015 High Altitude Owners Thread

Do the HA have the sueded headliner like the summit does? My lease is up on my 14 Overland soon. Not 100% sure I'm staying with Jeep because of what they put me through but if I do I'd want the HA. Otherwise I'm leaving the brand and going to BMW.

No, HA doesn't have suede like headliner like the Summit. The headliner is the sane as the Overland has.
