I went from a 14 Overland to a 16 HA. I pay my premiums every 6 months... my insurance increased $23. I have State Farm.

Newer the car the higher the pricing unless you're 80 years old.

I came from a VW Golf R, and my insurance actually went down, with the new HA

Now it consistently has the rough down shift regardless of tranny temp.
Remember, if you have it selected on your dash screen, you can see real time what gear your transmission is in on the right side of the screen next to the gear select indicator.
AHA!! I had been trying to get it to display. It was displaying but I couldn't see it with my dark, polarized sunglasses on. Yup. It's clear now that I know its there. I guess I am one of the lucky ones with absolutely smooth and sometimes imperceptible shifts all the way from 1-8. I hope it stays that way.

They felt sorry for you since VW lied to their owner/purchasers hence the discount. 😎

Anyone else??? I checked the glove box, nothing in there but the owners manual. Nothing in the USB storage bin. Tried reaching through the sides of the lower console but no access there. Guess I'll have the dealer look for it when it goes in for the shifter recall.

Found the noise. There is a plastic piece behind the rear view mirror that came dislodged - probably while cleaning windshield - and it was sliding on the back of the mirror.

I bought the Maxcare lifetime for $2400 from Zeller motors. Too much electronic stuff on these new vehicles and I already have 18,000 on my 11 month old HA.

That's the best feeling in the world when you find a noise.

For the lifetime warranty I paid $2315 and $285 for the 7 year tire/road hazard warranty. Got it from Clay at Zeller Motors.

I'm almost certainly going to keep the HA for 10 years, so it was worth it to me.

Just though I'd add that the dealer tried to bend me over big time with the lifetime cost. Once he saw I did my research, he offered it to me for cost, but it was still more than Zeller was offering it for(plus no tax).
