My 2015 HA did. Everything was in the left storage compartment in the trunk.

I have leather with silver stitching. I started out with the vinyl one with silver stitsching, which is more rounded off on the sides. The dealer ordered a replacement for it as I was hoping to get the one with black stitching, but it came in with silver stitching based on the order code on their system. The one I have now is more rectangular and feels like leather. The silver still doesn't match the interior, so I'm still kind of pissed off about it.

The silver isn't that bad as long as it is leather. Silver stitching matches the center console.

The rubber hitch receiver cover keeps crap from getting in there. It's not very necessary but some probably think it looks better than the exposed receiver if you leave the plastic trim piece off.
