No clue, I didn't even know there are different size center caps. As far as I know all 2011-2016 use the exact same size center cap and they are all interchangeable.

No issues whatsoever. Any 2011+ Grand Cherokee wheel will fit any model Grand Cherokee...with exception to putting non-SRT model wheels on an SRT because brake size. So an OEM 20x10 SRT wheel will fit any model Grand Cherokee....Laredo, Limited, Overland, Summit etc...No fitment issues whatsoever, even using the original 294/45/20 wheels.
The wheels pictured on mine above are OEM 20x10 with original 295/45/20 Pirelli tires. My High Altitude is even lowered slightly. The only issue I found is that the Jeep does seem to ride pretty firm with those huge runflat tires. It also tracks the pavement grooves more than I would like. Put it this way, with the stock tires you can basically let go of the steering wheel and it tracks straight and is overall a comfy ride. With the SRT wheels/tires its pretty firm and the Jeep wants to roam a lot. It was enough so that I decided to just go back to my original High Altitude wheels. Not only that, but the SRT wheels/tires are extremely heavy compared to non-SRT wheels.
I am not very familiar with aftermarlet wheel setups, but it looks like there are some nice ones available. The width of the SRT wheels and tires is what really drew them to me and gives a much more aggressive look where as the stock non-SRT tires are sort of skinny. Still looks cool though!
