Some are and other sets are made by Adjustable air ride which is where I got mine. The links are very well made but cost like 2.5 times as much as the homemade setup. I would recommend doing it though whether you go the homemade or AAR route, it's a great modification with no negative effects and easily reversible if need be.

Just PM JTS97Z28. He is the one who makes them. Less than $100.

I know nothing about spacers. Is this one of those arguably good/bad mods in terms of potential risk of wear? I do know your rides look BA! :-)

Not if you get the Bora 1.25" spacers. Don't cheap out and go with others. I would only do the bora spacers. I've never heard of anyone having issues with them.

His are $110 now, which is still a hell of a deal. Just ordered a set from him yesterday.

After pm'ing with xosubuckeye and James, I also ordered a set from James. Here's a guy who loves Jeeps and is most generously offering members a good deal for little more than his material costs. I can't wait until I get them and install them on my HA. The BORA spacers get ordered tonight. Black mgp caliper covers.... I'm still not sure. It would be nice to do them all at the same time to avoid popping the wheels off each time.

I can't blame him for charging $110 since it cost him about $80 to put them together. It's still better than $300. I know your not complaining I'm just putting this out there for others thinking about doing them.

Your on the right track. Just paint the calipers for $20 and save your money for something else. I'm not totally against caliper covers just think you can find better mods to do for your money.

Not complaining by any means. Time is worth money.

Re: 2015 High Altitude Owners Thread

Well....I just placed my order for the BORA Spacers with Motorsport Tech, the manufacturer. The owner, Lenny, said the ebay site is actually his father. Same price and same supplier. So...as soon as my lowering links arrive and the spacers arrive, my wife will probably insist I'm becoming a rap gangsta. I just tell her to be happy that my mid life crisis doesn't include a red Porshe and a blond bimbo! Lots of thanks to everyone here for sharing their knowledge. My HA is my first shot at Detroit steel since 1995. Since then, Lexus ES, Saab 95, Audi A6, Audi A4, Three Infiniti FX's. The HA, though, is a real piece of USA, even if it is owned by Fiat.

Who is this james you speak of.

I keep hearing his name, but cannot find him to PM him.

Thanks in advance
