Your pics were my inspiration, unfortunately none of the wheel rep companies do them in gloss black anymore so I'll probably pick up a set of black chrome ones see how they look and if I'm not a fan I'll get them powdercoated

I tried hanging son fuzzy dice from my mirror, put on my wife's diamond studs and all her gold chains so I would look like Dr. Dre Fiddy do wop Kanye Snoop Dog driving a Chrysler 300 but everyone says I'm still just a skinny Jew from New York.

Re: 2015 High Altitude Owners Thread

haha damn, brake covers seemed like an easy way to continue the black accent on white Jeep theme. I wouldn't consider red bc I'm not looking to make people think I have special brakes, but covering some more silver with black seemed ok... didn't know it was so controversial though!

It got a bit crazy regarding the caliper covers. I thought I wanted them, but now I think I'll go with black caliper paint. The stock calipers just don't appeal to me. The covers might be overkill, and at $200, crazy expensive for what you get, I think. I hope I still like the paint once I get it done. If anyone has photos of them painted, I would love to see that. It should look good on a white HA.

Re: 2015 High Altitude Owners Thread

I read about 2016Uconnect containing, among other enhancements, Siri Eyes Free providing access to iPhone Siri with the voice recognition button on the steering wheel. Has anyone figured out how to update 2015 Uconnect with this feature? Uconnect cust care says no. I found an online post from an older Wrangler user providing a software fix, but I am reluctant to update with something that might totally trash the system. Ideas? Thoughts?

Safest route to update UConnect is by typing your VIN and downloading latest version from the below site. Read the new features of the update software and confirm...

Yeah. I know. As I wrote, customer support is offering no update for the 2015 unconnected. I'm kind of looking for a work around. The Siri Eyes Free would be a great enhancement. It would allow not only listening, but also sending texts, as well as all other Siri functions.
