to the center armrest.
We regret to learn of your concerns, particularly in view of the
inconvenience involved, are understandable and I appreciate the time and
effort you took to bring this matter to our attention.
However, given the many variables involved, we are unable to look up
your vehicle's currently equipped armrest via email, even though it is
listed on the build sheet as 'Leather Wrapped I/P and Center Armrest'.
So, we would request you to take the vehicle to your dealership for
inspection of the armrest. After inspection / diagnosis, if they feel
this has to be referred to Chrysler, then they would take the pictures
and send to the Digital Imaging team for further follow up and
resolution or they can discuss any other options you may have.
We feel this referral action will provide the best resource for your

Leather Wrapped I/P and Center Armrest
My 2015 Grand Cherokee Overland High Altitude was delivered with an
incorrect Center Armrest. While the Equipment Listing shows Black
and Leather Wrapped Center Armrest,mine has vinyl and contrasting
stitching. What can be done to correct this
