Unless they are a very small dealer with a small allocation, I doubt this is true...

2015 Grand Cherokee Altitude Lease (Good Deal?)

Shouldn't have trouble with the back seat potent of room to fit three, trunk space is great being able to lower the seats you can fit almost any in the back, wish it came with roof racks but I guess now they can charge you for putting them on instead of having them included.ImageUploadedByJeepGarage1427336306.139065.jpg this one is mine

If you're paying too high a price for a rare available trim on the lot, you should consider going a higher Trim Level that is widely available. You can often get a better vehicle if you don't constrain things.

Also nothing stops you from ordering exactly what you want. Unless it's a 2014 the discounts won't be that much different. But they may want you to think that.

There is effectively infinite supply from the Factory

Inpatients will cost you $$$

Not sure what defines small allocation but they have 50 GCs on the lot... just only one Altitude.

I don't want a higher trim level as I like the style of the Altitude.

Putting down money is going to lower the cap cost but in a lease that's money out the window. You should factor that money down in to 36 payments and just make a higher payment instead. (basically the same thing). There comes a point where if the lease payment is closer to purchase something is wrong...

On a $37Kish car a good deal is high $300s/low $400 with tax. With lease incentives and discounts you should be able to get the vehicle around $35kish easily out the door. I don't have my paperwork in front of me but my $38K stickered 15 Altitude is $390 a month. I covered DMV. Tax is included in your monthly payment. 36 month 12K miles.

A low mileage lease has a higher residual so the payment is a "little" less since the car is less driven. Works in the reverse if you do high mileage leases.
Rob, that's actually one of the best deals for the Altitude I've seen. You have the finance breakdown and what state are you in??

I think this is avg deal, u can probably do better. Essentially your paying $468/month with $1200 down. It will also depends on the State you are in and I'm assuming this is a 4 x 4?

I'm in NY. It's a 4x4. This is through a leasing company. Local dealer told me 589. Lol. Said he wont budge to much because Altitudes are so hot. I'm actually leaning towards the 24 month deal, $486 with 12 OOP. Truck is for my wife, she only likes the altitude. I would spend my money elsewhere if the car was for me. Nearing $500 A month will get a lot of car. Now I'm reading about the "higher" altitude. Maybe I should wait a few weeks.

I'm paying 597/mo with only 500 down total on a 42k Sticker price altitude. Leasing on altitudes is just stupid

Well after the lease u can always buy the car and then finance the residual value. Sometimes mathematically this works out better - just depends on your initial deal.
