2015 - If not a Summit, then a ___________

Altitude.

I like them, at least online photos. Was just looking online for fun. Would want a Bright White 4x4 (and maybe Trailer Tow Group IV). Comes with Power Sunroof.

$38,085. Would need to add the nav software. I thought there was a sound system upgrade option too?

Guess I would give up V8, Quadra-Lift, neat lights, HK audio, and ACC with blind spot stuff. I few other things here and there too.

If I was in the market (I'm not though), I'd give the Altitude in Bright White a look for sure since for the price....it is nice.

Re: 2015 - If not a Summit, then a ___________

The altitudes are nice but I would go with a limited with the luxII package because the headlights are nice and it's the cheapest car you can get with those lights. I never liked how the summit looks because I feel like they made it too fancy (can't believe I'm saying something is too fancy) and it's not a jeep. Like if I'm spending 50K on a vehicle, you can get something much better than the Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. The altitudes are nice and I kinda wish I waited out for them because if those were out when I got my Laredo, I would have gotten the altitude instead. Especially since the black wheels and accents will contrast very nicely with the bright white color.

If I were buying a MY15, it would most likely be a Summit. If not...a completely loaded Overland. And in either case, it would be the EcoDiesel.

I absolutely LOVE the looks of the Altitude WK2. The minimal chrome, black rims, & color matched parts are awesome.

But I'd never purchase one.

Its basically a stripped Laredo with some very nice visual changes. You don't even get the option to add many of the higher end features to it.

Now... if I could get an Overland or Summit with these appearance changes... I'd be all over it.

For example???

Only thing I can think of that would be better is a loaded overland with an extended warranty. Lol.

How is it a stripped Laredo when it has more standard features than a Laredo.

FYI you can now order 2015 Altitudes with Backup cam, park sensors, Alpine 9 speaker premium sound, Sunroof, Keyless/remote start, power liftgate etc.

Nobody needs more features than that unless you can't drive and need a car to tell you to slow down or not change lanes lol.

"Needs" can be defined in many ways...

True, the only option I do wish was available would be LED headlights from the SRT8 on the altitude.

That's because your eyeballs will be sunk into your head from the gforces of acceleration and turning your head to look back will be impossible.

Re: 2015 - If not a Summit, then a ___________

The LED headlights would be nice on the Altitude for sure. I do like the lane departure warning system ... helpful in heavy urban traffic for sure so that would be nice too.
