Once again the headlight designer needs to be fired. First the WK2 headlights with the plastic filler, next the new Cherokee with "that" design ( although it's growing on me and it makes a bold statement) and now this Renegade.
The actual headlight area is o.k., but the hood to headlight portion is terrible. You put on a round headlight, but cut off the top 5% with the flat line of the hood.
Bring the headlight/ grill forward about 6 inches, then it would look o.k.
Over 8" on the Trailhawk model I believe. Jeep needs to sell a boatload of vehicles like this so it can continue to sell Wranglers with live axles and frames and vehicles as large as WK2 or larger.
Either a Grand Cherokee or a Grand Wagoneer will likely be my next new vehicle. But I totally will test drive one when they are available. It may be something my wife would like -- especially in the orange color.
The two most interesting next models for Jeep are the new Wrangler and Wagoneer. If people get excited about Jeeps they aren't going to buy anyway (e.g. Cherokees, Renegades, Patriots et al) then imagine the impact of the 2016 Wrangler.
