Maybe 2 model packages pertaining 4 wheel drive system and suspension adjustment but that's it.

I will never understand the getting rid of the badges thing. To me it just looks like the badges are missing when they are gone. As far as the exhaust I'm a little surprised because they talked about how the dual exhaust made the V-6 have a lower noise level and now after one model year its gone?

April 13 build? I never heard of one that early

When I was shopping every single Limited window sticker I saw it was an option. That was a good 30 plus as we could not find one with a tow and that is $495, so many with the amp and charge pad priced out the same. till you actually read the sticker.

We all like something else and that's a good thing.
Personally I don't need all these Flex Fuel and other stickers, I keep it clean, also the Grand Cherokee letters on the doors are not required (I know it's a Grand Cherokee), same goes for license plate advertising, Chrome I don't like either :-) My white Limited only needs white mirrors and door handles...

Charge pad? This is a Grand Cherokee thread ... At least I think it is.

Re: 2015 Limited V6 loses dual exhaust

The problem is that the value of the dollar keeps dropping so have to decontent or raise prices. It is an old GM trick to continually be moving the model lines downscale and dropping the low line and adding a new TOL.

Am surprised they ever put duals on the Pentastar, an even fire street six gets more scavaging from a single pipe. OTOH a single rear facia may have been lower cost than a splitter and a few feet of pipe.

They should first concentrate on getting rid of the misaligned body panels.

Mines at dealer today for first service :
oil change and :

1. Gas Fill Door found to not sit flush on delivery.
2. Rear hatch, passenger side bottom corner very tight gap near rear bumper. Taillight and body lines not lining up as well. Drivers side hatch rear window seals very wide gap.

Hood looks perfect now that I moved hold down

I totally agree about the debadging option. They let you do it as an option when you customize a Porsche Cayenne GTS...just saying. (Albeit a huge price difference, but it shouldn't matter.)

I recently took all of mine off and it has really grown on me. At first it looks a little bare, but then when I realized how much easier it was to clean/clay bar in those area without the badges, I was sold. And it looks more classy in my eyes too. Plastic chromed letters just don't do it for me.

To each their own though.

I dunno sir.
If the options keep becoming nickle and dimed, possibly Jeep is looking to kiss up to Porsche pricing for its new owners at VW?

Mmmmhmmmm, and would you be wanting tires on those $5500 wheels, sir?

Maybe if they made them all dealer installed options, the dealers could offer vehicles with all of the badges someone else didn't want--or offer a service to stick them all over the other vehicles?

Trail Rated Dodge Darts... yeah... thats the ticket.
