As the 2015s are starting to show up on dealer's lots... Who's going to be the first to post a pic of a Summit with the platinum group? I also want to see the black and sienna brown interior!
Anyone else find it hysterical/ annoyign how with the wk2 they strapped on so much chrome to dress the models up? I had a nice mix of body color/black plastic and chrome on my old limited and it was fantastic..slowly getting used to the chrome on my overland but would love painted door handles and mirror covers..maybe i'll make that move.

I have a white Summit ordered that should be here on August 25 with the black/sienna brown interior. Very anxious to see it. Not sure what the Platinum Group is. Is that the package with the monochrome door handles & mirrors?
I have a 2015 White Summit on order with the Platinum Series Group. The only pics I have seen are photoshopped. It's amazing that dealers will be receiving these in a few days, yet there are no real pics anywhere to be found. Has anybody else had any luck finding real images? I particularly want to see the wheels. The finish is described as "Satin Carbon". Have no idea what that will look like.
Koons has one coming in on the truck I will probably drive by and take a look when it gets there and will try to snap a few. the one they got coming is granite
The marketing kick-off for MY15 isn't until the first of September...that's when official photos should be released. "Technically" they are not even "selling" MY15 vehicles yet, but in reality, they are soon to start showing up at dealers because production started last month...
Just saw an actual '15 Summit V6 Platinum/Cali pkg window sticker and it says officially "Flex Fuel Vehicle"....is this a change from '14? If so, E85 corn burners rejoice! I have no clur about E85 so I pinged the US Gov FFV website and it says FFV burning E85 get "25-30%" LESS mpg??? Pi$$er!

Well I ordered my summit with a platinum package just bc of the mirrors and handles.. I'm currently in d1 with a date of 8/23/14 not sure if I'm getting it then or if that's when I get out of d1.. But I'll post if i get it before anyone post any solid pics of what it looks like
People enter your life for 1 of 2 reasons.. Either to be a Blessing or a lesson.
I went to my dealer to order my 2015 Summit yesterday but did not because currently the black/sienna brown interior is not available and they did not know why. Hopefully I get to see a platinum soon and they open back up the black/sienna brown option.

Oh, I agree. I hope by the time I buy my next Summit that an ivory or similar interior is offered...like with pretty much every "luxury" vehicle. My MY12 Summit is the first vehicle I've owned in many years that didn't have an ivory or tan interior. I more or less like the Saddle/black because the saddle has enough lightness to keep me from feeling claustrophobic, but I tire of having to constantly clean the black of the tan smudges that most dirt dries to.

The window sticker for that 2015 doesn't have a charge for the interior color like we were all speculating.
Very interesting....of course it wasn't speculation since it was in the preliminary information that Milous was able to come up with. Kewel if the extra cost disappears for this choice.
Me neither. This is too much of a mix for me. Brown, black, tan - you name it. I don't think that's worth $500. Guess I'll have to see some additional pics before I can make a decision
Yep - just looked at the photos. The Dark Sienna Brown sure looks like the former "Saddle" color.... I really liked my 2011 Black exterior Saddle interior Summit. The Dark Sienna Brown and Black combo is really nice in person. But like others have mentioned, a gray headliner - seriously? That's what my 2011 had and always thought is should have been matching...perhaps a Black or Dark Sienna Brown headliner didn't look good so they defaulted to the gray.
Still has the copperish interior time which I am not sure goes with the gray headliner look. Perhaps the California package would be different?
It will sell well....but they shoulda done the silver interior trim.
I think this is the interior color my white Summit will have. It shows on my order sheet from dealer as Black/Cattle Tan. I hope I will like it. The headliner is a little strange, but I don't think I would want it black or the tan.
That's a very similar interior to my old BMW, except only the seats, door panel inserts and center console were brown and the rest was black. I'd rather have the dash black honestly.
And I HATE the grey headliner. If you're paying for a fancy upscale leather interior, no way you should have a crappy looking headliner that doesn't match anything.
