Re: 2016 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

Will the High Altitude have air suspension? Will it have an Overland/Altitude looking front bumper? Tow hooks? Will the fender flares look like they do on the Overland or like they look on the SRT?

Thanks!

2016 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

^^Damn lol

Considering it's based off the Overland, I'm assuming it's gonna look like the Overland with black everywhere haha

Well I assumed that at first too, however Milous said it would have SRT gloss black side sills (those are longer than the side sills on the current Overland. I think in order for it to all fit together it would possibly need SRT fender flares and modified front and rear bumpers. Unless the "SRT" side sills on the HA will be slightly different than the SRT side sills to accept the current fenders on the Overland.

Think they will ever offer a limited slip rear without the air suspension?

Re: 2016 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

Any chance Jeep might finally put a limit switch on the power liftgate that would make the full open height adjustable?

On my current vehicle you open the lift gate to full height, pull it down to where you want it to stop and press a button.

Now that we know the HA is available for 2015 and 2016. Will there still be the regular Altitude trim moving forward?

That question was answered by Milous as "not known yet".

Re: 2016 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

Is there no more Dark Sienna Brown leather for the Summit? As stated I see Tan for Summit and Sepia for SRT, but not the "baseball glove" color like on 2015.

Never say never. It could still be coming, maybe as a late availability.

I'm happy about the tan as they are cooler in the summer.
