  • Bi-xenon HID headlamps with automatic levelling
  • LED daytime running lamps.
  • Ventilated front seats
  • Dual bright exhausts
  • Perforated leather-faced seats
  • Rain-sensing windshield wipers
  • Power tilt/telescoping steering wheel
Can you please check?

Thank you.
The order system is somewhat confusing, it is not real clear what all of the packages include. Upon further review, this is what I came up with for the AGK package:

9 SPEAKER SOUND SYSTEM WITH SUBWOOFER
DUAL BRIGHT EXHAUSTS
DUAL-PANE PANORAMIC SUNROOF
HID HEADLAMPS WITH AUTOMATIC LEVELLING
LED DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHTS AND FOG LAMPS
POWER TILT AND TELESCOPING STEERING WHEEL
RAIN-SENSING WINDSHIELD WIPERS
VENTILATED FRONT SEATS

The leather seats are not a part of the AGK package as they are included in the 75th standard package content.

A dealer flyer lists "Blind-Spot Monitoring with Rear Cross-Path Detection" as included with the 75th standard package, but it is not listed in the ordering system or guides, only as part of the Advanced Technology Group.

I have the V6 and haven't driven it enough yet to really comment on the mileage.
If you press the Sport button that we associate with drive train, you are also switching the steering to Sport ... according to the owners manual.

Re: 2016 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

So why are these so late to the market? and why are they done early? makes me wonder what changes are coming.

Please tell us less chrome and fun aggressive colors once and for all for the new Trailhawk GC! I'm assuming skid plates, trail rated badge, red tow hooks, but no wood wheel as with Overland correct? And the gods are rejoicing with the thought of the words UConnect w/Car Play, thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! Any other differences or similarities between Trailhawk and Overland with Off Road Package are very much appreciated Bonus points for Tire Size and Brand!

Re: 2016 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

If the MY17 order banks and production startup are that soon then it doesn't make sense to even look at a 16 with my lease coming up in May.

Unless they make me an offer I can't refuse.

is DUAL BRIGHT EXHAUSTS for 3.6L, 5.7 L or for both ?

Dealer not able to select Advanced Technology with 75 Limited package ? so may be Advanced Technology Features e.g "Blind-Spot Monitoring with Rear Cross-Path Detection" are incuded in AGK?

Thanks

So far cannot find mention of chrome tips in order system...

Advanced Tech package is supposed to be available with 75th Limited and would include:

Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop
Advanced Brake Assist
Auto-dimming exterior passenger mirror
Forward Collision Warning with Active Braking

Still seems to be errors in the system...

AGK Lux Group includes:

#1 foam seat cushion
506-watt amplifier
9 amplified speakers and subwoofer
Automatic headlamp levelling system
Automatic high beam headlamp control
Bi-xenon high intensity discharge headlamps
Blind-Spot Monitoring and Rear Cross-Path Detection
Dual pane panoramic sunroof
Leather-faced bucket seats with perforated inserts
LED daytime running headlamps
Power tilt/telescoping steering column
Rain-sensing windshield wipers
Ventilated front seats

Bones, if you'll allow, I too am leaning in the same direction, hoping the changes are as I suggested in another thread yesterday - basically that this new TH be based off an "affordable" G.C. like the Laredo rather than a Luxury based model. I say this because I have serious doubts that even as a TH model, what small % would really utilize say an Overland TH or Summit TH in any semi-serious off road manner ! ? .
I do have a question for Milous, so I shall go seek him out,

My money is on that it'll be based on the Laredo or Limited. Like you, I can't see them basing one on an Overland or Summit.

Re: 2016 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

Calling on MILOUS, Hello, I have Q's on that insider info. for 2017 TrailHawk Model. Concerning the 3 criteria: Order / Production / Sales ! IF one was to order said TrailHawk (early June) would it be possible to get IT in Early September, even before (theoretically) the dealer has 1 or 2 on the Lot way out here in Eastern Washington ?

AND, Are you Implying by the way you punctuated the "available Engines Options" that the 3.6L Pug is no longer the Base Standard Motor ? Or is the 3.6L Pug still going to be the Starting Point. These Questions do not necessarily apply to the new TrailHawk, as I could also be interested in the Regular Laredo E or F or whatever letter is will become (?) - (do to cost & what the TH is model-based off). As we talked about in my 1st thread, I need/want to try to get this done under the $40K self imposed $ tag (a necessity on an E-6 Navy Retirement check).

It may be prudent to still consider the 75th Laredo, even though it has more "bells & whistles" than I want and wheel size (18") less off road worthy that I do not want . . . ! But I do like the New Look and the Recon Color ! Sorry, just more Thinking Out Loud again ! Darn You for stirring the pot on me with this great TH news !
