Yes I agree, more choice of vibrant colors would be nice....kind of tired of black, white and six shades of grey between them.

(exaggeration i know, but you get my point (remember the purple they used in the beginning))

Maybe the rootbeer brown coming up in a couple of months will be nice.

Re: 2016 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

Has anybody been cross shopping a 2016 or 2017 GC (Summit diesel) with the Mercedes GLE 350d (model numbers for Canada) (diesel)? If so, what are your thoughts on the two? I am looking at both of these and trying to compare the two... both have a V6 diesel in Canada...

Sign says 29,900? That is Laredo price? Looks like a limited with all the options, what is the sticker for that? Also it was hard to tell if that was black or the recon green.

Re: 2016 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

The 3.6L engine will be Standard on the 2017 GC Trailhawk.

The 2013 GC Trailhawk was based on the Laredo, with the Trailhawk package as an option (Jeep Grand Cherokee WK2 - Jeep Trailhawk).

The 2017 GC Trailhawk is its own separate model. It is not a package added to an existing model.

Will the Eco Diesel be an available option on the 2017 GC Trailhawk? Will the skid plates and trail rated badge with off road capabilities be available similar to the Overland with Off Road Package? Will wood steering be available and do you know which tire size and brand/model will be included? More fun aggressive colors available with I'm assuming the infamous Trailhawk red tow hooks as well? Thanks Milous! Always appreciate your impeccable followup for all of us dedicated Jeep fanatics here in the forum

It's basically a limited which could range from 39 to 48 thousand depending on what you want . I want to see the new Overlands .

Re: 2016 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

Hey Milous,

I was wondering if there is any information on when the MY16 will start shipping to Australia? Any on the boat yet?

Any information would be greatly appreciated - my broker is ringing me at 10am today and I have to tell him what I want to do about a new car - he is going to be mad with me, as I have no idea....

MILOUS, I checked out that 2012 TH - bummer was my reaction when I read the Air Suspension and the 18" wheels ! Really ? Sorry FCA, but an Off Road worthy JEEP does not IMHO require a Maintenance Nightmare Air Suspension system WHEN out there & it FAILS ! Ask yourself (FCA) just how many folks are gonna take a $45K+ G.C. (TrailHawk or otherwise) Off Road ? And I'm not talking down some Dirt road to get to Grandma's country farm house ! I can only hope some "Jeep common sense" (sounds like an oxymoron !) prevails and those 2 items IF become reality will be Options, not standard ! Why ? Because IF they want to sell many, they need to be Affordable to Many people - I still hope they "Base it off of a Laredo F (because of the new look & lights), keep a 145 or 155 by 70 or 75 by 17 TIRE (All Terrain as suggested). Still liking that Wrangler 75th 17" wheel.
Well here I go again, speculating with anger & fear of the unknown !
Seeing as how I don't care one bit about the UConnect 2017 upgrade, my quandary continues - 'late ordering of 75th Laredo F w/adv. 1 OR wait and Gamble as to what the 2017 TrailHawk will Actually BE & how much the base version will Cost ? ? ?
Guess all the pressure is on you MILOUS

Will be Constantly monitoring this Thread on bated-breath ! So glad You are who you are & what you do here for all of Us - THANKS ONCE AGAIN.
ps; please no more nice folk suggesting I just ago ahead and order the '16 F, thanks.

Since MY14 the QuadraLift has been a very reliable feature. Works great on sandy beaches.

If you search the forum you will find a number of threads that show most are happy with it.
