I'm not sure it is important to have all the details out at the beginning of an advertising launch. Ordering will still be almost 2 months away, and production almost 3. I wouldn't be surprised if the initial tv ads are showing '15 models running through the mud and the snow.

But any new information, whenever Milous decides to feed us, is appreciated.

I heard the 2016 models will have better iPhone support. Not sure why they could not release it as an update for older models.

Where exactly did you hear this? Could you provide a link?

I presume the 2016 SRT colors are included in those listed in post #1 of this thread, and the color samples shown in post #2.

Is this guessing what new shifter is like?

How To Use The 2015 Dodge Charger Shifter - Community Chrysler

Not a fan of leather wrapped myself. Would prefer current shifter with various positions rather then momentary action it has now.

Marlon said in post #257 that it's not the new shifter.

Thats good. I doubt its a knob either since that would not look so good in an SRT.

This does not seem to indicate a Ds (sport) mode. Will the 2016 still have that feature?

Re: 2016 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

Bubba', I cannot imagine that they would remove "sport mode"...it's a well liked feature. Consider that it really could be switched on "anywhere" since it's just a computer signal to the drivetrain to use different programming. On my MY12, "sport mode" is part of the SelectTerrain system on the center console and not on the shifter, for example. I wouldn't worry about the new shifter on the MY16 relative to that.
