Re: 2016 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

I was able to add the HK to an Overland. You have to click the INTERIOR button in the Options section. I pulled both the 2015 and 2016 up in different tabs. There is a $600 increase to the 2016 Overland. The HK for the Overland increased also from $795 to $995.

Re: 2016 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

Talked with my dealer today. He was on a conference call and he was told the Grand Cherokee could be ordered in 72 hours. So I think the post that said 12/3 was the proposed order date is CORRECT! Where can I get a $500 coupon for delivery before 2/1/16?

Prices have been creeping up a little I built my identical 2014 summit in 2016 and sticker price is $2950 more for same build. Of course there have been small improvements and tweaks to the 2016. I didn't see the tire options on the build page maybe they will come later. From Milous posts there should be two tire options on the 20 inch.

Re: 2016 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

I want to order ala carte. An HA in Light Brownstone with a completely saddle interior (no black), with the polished goliath wheels and SRT suspension and brakes.

Re: 2016 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

FORGIVE ME FOR THE LONG POST ---

I just did the build sheet for a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 V8 Summit with no other options (few other options anyway) at $57,385. See description below. Doesn't seem too much different than my 2014 with same build at $55,885. Maybe someone else can see some differences so thought I'd post if helpful details. Some bugs in this testing as it says ""EcoDiesel" Badge" which is erroneous and also lists all three engines.

That would look and be cool. You could get a Summit and make some changes.

Re: 2016 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

I am planning on ordering a 2016 Summit 4 x 4 in White w/ v6 engine.

Anyone have an opinion on if I should add the Skid Plate option? I'm not planning on rock climbing in a $50,000+ Grand Cherokee, but I am considering it for the extra protection. My concerns are 1. spending an extra $300 bucks for something that may not be needed. 2. Adding the extra weight to the Summit and impacting gas mileage.

I'm also going back and forth between the Morocco black Natura Plus leather interior and the Argentina – Black/Dark Sienna Brown Natura Plus leather-trimmed interior which is a $495 add-on. The black is Sportier and the Sienna Brown is Classier in the luxury sense in my opinion. As of now I'm leaning Sienna Brown.

Thanks
Rob

Starting point will be invoice price. That will probably be available in post one of this thread, or at WK2jeeps.com when the time comes.

So it will be lower than MSRP.

The weight for all 5 of them is 117lbs so not something you are going to notice in gas mileage. There was a guy on here just recently whose wife riped a hole in one of the plastic gas tanks on highway road debris so they can have benifit on road also. Are they a must have, no but if you think you will ever want them the factory $295 is a cheap price. To add them later dealers have been asking $700-800 installed. To go out and buy the parts alone are over $400.
