Well this I have to try. My wifes 2011 Overland is fun and easy to drive but I guess it only has tug boat steering!

I can't speak for how an 11 feels. I believe that was still conventional hydraulic? Starting in 14 they went to electrically assisted hydraulic steering. In 16 they went full electric and the steering now has 3 modes you can select from in Uconnect to adjust how it feels. About time!

Believe it does. I once drove a 2014 and loved the feel of the 8 speed but hated the "shifter" I think they changed it for 2016 so might have to go back

Yes, they changed the shifter. I didn't have any problems with the one in my 14 but I like the new one and how it works.

It appears that the only way you can get the QL suspension is with the ORAII package... and that means 18 inch wheels.

So I answer and the first thing she says is: "OMG!"

Now my heart rate speeds up a bit... "Yes?"

And she continues... "OMG! This is sooo FUN to drive!! Its like driving a sports car, It so responsive!" (I had put steering in sports mode but had left the Hemi in Eco)

I think I compounded my mistake when I bragged that that was just Eco...

Well, later that night after going on about how great it was (yes, I found Eco off and sport on the next morning) guess what she said?

"I want one!"
I think I really like your wife haha. Mine wants nothing to do with mine lol.

Re: 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee 75th Anniversary Edition

I think the hardest thing for me, once I get my new 2016 WK2 75th Laredo will be getting used to the RA3 / Uconnect system. After all for the past 12 years (2003) I've been in a RAM 1500 with THAT radio / CD player with NO interaction of radio to engine electronics !
Keep those tidbits coming & let us know it they can be found in the online E-Manual ! ?
Many Thanks

Uconnect is easy to use... you won't have any trouble figuring it out, even without a manual.

Hi "M*I*L*O*U*S" - Milous, I rechecked all the inputs from above and there seems to be ONE item not mentioned, an oversight perhaps, and
that is : Heated Side Mirrors ? Let me guess ? Is it part of some $$$ Options package on the Build & Price pages That I Do NOT WANT ? 75th Laredo with the ORA1 & Tow is all I will be adding to my Pentastar PUG V6 version.
Am I to do without ? OR, perhaps the part(s) are buyable at the dealer & they can install - heating elements, dash board buttons - assuming all the wiring is already there ? ? ?
