Re: 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee 75th Anniversary Edition

I think its funny that my laredo 75th doesn't have the turn signal indicators on the rear view mirrors like the Limited and up; such a basic safety feature to be left out. Guess Jeep thinks that people who are cheap should be less visible to those in your blind spot while changing lanes.

Well done...I spoke to one dealer there and he was clueless...lol

If you traded one in for this new lease then it may not be obvious but you are paying taxes (unless your state doesn't charge a sales/use tax on vehicles), fees, plate transfer/title and even the first month. The dealer did that for you out of the equity in your trade. Check your paperwork.

I traded my leased 14 Overland 2 months early and got into a 16 HA with the HK sound system. MSRP on the 16 was $52K. I also walked out the door with no money out of my bank account... but it's all buried in there.

Both my 14 and 16 were leased for 36 months at 15K/year. The 14 was $500/month, the 16 is $522/month. I think I did okay with that.

Nope, I took a check for the difference between my trade in and how much was left on my loan.

2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee 75th Anniversary Edition

New Jeep owner here...

Just acquired a 2016 75th Anniversary Limited with the luxury package.
Had it a week and loving it more everyday. I have received a lot of compliments on it... Most say how "aggressive" or "mean" it looks.
Only have iPhone pic for now...

Re: 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee 75th Anniversary Edition

I kinda feel like not many people are picking up Jeeps with the off road packages any more. I ordered my 75th with ORA-II, and in looking around, that seems to be the far exception. My '14 Limited came with ORA-I and I didn't have to order it or go to another dealer, my '12 with ORA-I had to come up from a dealer about 200 miles away.

I got the same impression. We ordered ours with ORA-II because I couldn't find one anywhere. But then again I also wanted the Lux and Adv Tech packages with a Hemi. Finding all of that together proved to be impossible. Surprisingly, I had to talk to several dealers before I found one who would order one for me. Most of the dealers seemed very eager to sell what's on the lot, but would flat out say that they didn't want to order one. Oh well, I pick mine up this morning

I'm the weird guy that wanted ORA-II, Lux II and the Hemi, but wanted nothing to do with the tech package. Around here, finding one with the V8 is hard enough sometimes, trying to find one now with ORA is next to impossible.

It wasn't a cheap thing, anyone who wants ORA-II for actual off roading likely doesn't want 20" wheels as they would just get bent the first time out.

That said, an argument could be made for a competing package with quadra lift and 20" wheels. Not for me, but I can see guys wanting a better ride, on road only. Perhaps a "sport" suspension option? Ditch the skid plates, tow hooks, maybe put a performance monitor in uconnect....

Really? Why do they have ORA-ll on a overland, HA, and summit? They cheapened out on the 75th

All those models come with 20" rims, in fact if u want one of those models with 20s, u have to special order
