Could it be "having fun with Jim Day"? . Still Luv ya Jim, really ! Gonna still blame this on the lack of coffee even though I'm half way thru my 1st cup . . .

GOOD CALL . . . Mark, you still in the Van ?
Perhaps Now you should ask the "powers that be" to change the thread title to;
' 2016 / 2017 ' Jeep G.C. 75th . . . ! ?
Of course the '17's have the usual price bump. Glad I got in on the '16 Laredo 75th Recon when I did ! Just before the price bump and just after the Recall shifter & TSB stuff prior to May builds ! Couldn't be Happier, well maybe if I had a certain someone in the passenger seat to share the ride !
Hey I may be 65 but I only have 1/2 of 1 foot toward the grave !

In my opinion, I gotta say that white is the nicest color on the 75th anniversary edition. Love the way the white looks with the black and bronze accents.

Re: 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee 75th Anniversary Edition

Nice - thanks! Maybe I can live with the bronze wheels after all. They look great. Are those the 18" or the 20"?

The 18" bronze 75th wheels are currently listed as being included in the OR2 package on 2017 Limiteds, one of which I expect to be ordering in the near future. (You even got my beige interior!)

Re: 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee 75th Anniversary Edition

Hey guys, thinking about upgrading my headlights to the stock bi-xenon DRL's however I want to know if the 2014, 2015 will fit the 2016 2016 75th anniversary edition. The reason why i'm asking it because the new 2017 and only 2016 75th edition does not have the little plastic piece below the housing for the washing the headlight due to the different front body but it just looks like the 2014 DRL's can fit if you remove little section below the housing. I might be wrong. Anyone can give some help?

Thanks, Those are 20" wheels. Felt the 20" were better suited for us as 99% of our miles will be on the pavement.

The 18" looks great too and are more versatile but ORA2 package was something we really didnt feel worth the extra $$....for our needs.

Cheers

Mine came with 20's and my first mod was going to be switching to black 18's, but I just love the bronze 20's way more than I thought I would. They especially look good once I added some wider 285's.

I have a Granite 75th as well, but got ORA-II on mine - wanted the 18" wheels, plates and quadra-lift. My big reason for the 18's was no good tires were available at the time for the 20's, I do a fair bit of driving in snow here and I wanted the Goodyear AT Adventures. Looks like they'll finally be making those in 20" now too though.

2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee 75th Anniversary Edition

It was a really tough decision 20" or ORA2 package. Especially since i knew i wanted the tow package (inclusive of ORA2 pack) and like the idea of skid plates.

But, the 20's won out cause they are more practical/performant for us.... i like the 20" rims a bit more...we didn't want the added complexity of quad-lift...and we saved about $1K.

That said, i may put skids on which will run me $500...i like the idea of hill ascent... and if we do do any serious off-road trails we'll want/need taller sidewalls meaning diff 20" tires or 18" rims+tires.

Would make the same choice today as it is the Mrs' ride and she wont venture off the asphalt path and when/if we go off-road it would be fairly mild anyways 😏

Cheers!

My wife drove mine for the first time today since I bought it. I've been using the QL to drop it into entry/exit since she hurt her knee and she used it today to get the kiddo out of the car seat. "It's MUCH easier getting him in and out with it lowered down!"...says the woman who asked me why I needed air ride in the first place
