Max Payload and Trailer Weight, verified at Scales when loaded the Trailer is 100 Pounds shy (7100) and the Truck is maxed.

Handled better than my old Yukon by a long shot. I think I have some other shots of it not in park height somewhere.

Actually, best handling tow rig ever. Many Thousands of miles over the past couple of years including a few trips through the Virginias.

I think Tongue weight "could be a factor"

Re: 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee REFRESH

I'm glad I stumbled on this thread. I've been on the fence about going diesel, as much as I love 'em I think the emission system is going to be a PITA for me. So I flip flopped back to thinking gasser. Now I see the PUG update is going to hit in 2016 for the GC. I want no part of first year tech from Chrysler going to a direct injection engine.

I might just trade my Rubi in for a 2016 Wrangler if and only if it doesn't have the PUG update. I did a lot of reading, seen this come up often. Reading between the lines I think the Wrangler might see one more year w/o DI. Otherwise I hold out for the 2017's and have a look then. I'll let 'em go through the teething problems. Damn that DI.-Rockydee.

Re: 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee REFRESH

Jeep Grand Cherokee WK2 - future Jeep information says the 2016 Wrangler is getting the updated 3.6L Pentastar and that production of that model starts July 13, 2015. Won't that tell us most of what we need to know about the new engine?

It tells me all I need to know. Sounds like the PUG Pentastar, DI, Fiat Multi-Air version of the 3.6L Pentastar. I think the mini-vans get it too, and the Wrangler might not until model year 2017. I'm not too sure 'bout that though.-Rockydee.
