Thats what it felt like and it was definitely premature.

I don't see no class action law suite on behalf of dead motorist because of this technology no where in the world, in India this technology is against the law because it is radar based oooh! military paranoid, so stupid.
I'm cool with any safety feature being an option or standard as long as I can turn that crap off. I want to being able to drive my car. Maybe make everyone take a driving test to determine if they suck at driving and then force them to use it.

Re: 2016 Overland with Forward Collision Warning

I think you can set your Forward Collision Warning to far medium or near on the jeep traveling faster than the car ahead in your lane or just turn into your lane you will hear a quick audio beep and flashing lights in your speedometer and before you can lift your foot of the throttle or gas pedal your vehicle will brake to reduce your speed, I have it in my Mercedes Benz and it work to perfection.

Re: 2016 Overland with Forward Collision Warning

When anticipating vehicles likely to move out of your way, if you apply the brake slightly then FCW will not apply more.

Cheers,
