Re: 2017 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

Since the order banks open in 3 days, does anyone know when pricing/option information becomes available? I am wanting to order a 17 Trailhawk

Milous?

Re: 2017 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

Is it safe to assume that the 2017 Overland will have the same exact front end as the Trailhawk (minus the red tow hooks and matte black hood decal)?

I was rewatching the reveal at the autoshow and it made perfect sense that the new overland would look exactly the same as the trailhawk, just minus the distinguishing characteristics that make it the trailhawk

Absolutely. Scottina06 who knows eluded to that being the case. I expect as probably you do too the 2017 Overland will have chrome in the usual places as well. Looking forward to seeing it and how the 2017 Overland 20" wheels will look.
I saw a granite 75th Limited today and it looked good.

MILOUS:

Any additional information on the 2017 Summit Exterior & Interior Colors?!

I am wanting to get a 2017, but for the life of me don't understand why Limited/Overland Colors are not available on the Summit Model. I mean, if I am paying more, shouldn't I be able to get the basic colors? CRAZY!

Would love to see the rhino exterior color available on the Summit, but Im sure thats a long shot!

Thanks in advance!

Re: 2017 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

2014Jeep, it's normal for colors on different trim levels to be a subset of the total color range for the model year. Summit has always had limited color choices including colors unique to Summit. From a "personal preference" standpoint, I have shared your opinion, however...my 2012 Summit is the color is is because it was the only light color available when I was buying. I wanted white. It wasn't a choice at that point. Summit colors are generally pointed at "perceived luxury colors"...and Rhino, as nice as it might be, likely has little appeal to most folks that Summit is marketed to. It appears from Post 1 that your choices will be:

Summit exterior colors:

Bright White
Diamond Black Crystal
Granite Crystal
Ivory Pearl
Light Brown Stone
Luxury Brown
True Blue
Velvet Red

I'm surprised they've left billet silver out on the summit and strictly to the SRT, silver generally a color available on all "high end" models.

Whoa did I see that correctly? RA4 radio? That's the one we want for CarPlay right?

If so that's great even if CP will not be available at launch, at least it can be updated later on when there ready then?

RA4 is the current generation radio. The new radio codes start with "U".

Ah I thought it was RA3, well that's disappointing.
