You know best. Must have been a glitch that let me build one without the engine upgrade.

I'll take your info over Jeeps programmers any day. Thanks.

I checked the order system today, and the QDII stand-alone option is grayed out when V6 is selected - meaning that the only way to get QDII/V6 is with the ORII package. I suspect that the $395 ORII package price for the V6 is going to be corrected and the price increased.

Re: 2017 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

While we're chatting about ordering codes:

Where's the AWL for 2017 Limited models?

AWY = Off road II

I assume AWL was/ is Off Road I?

I want an Off Road Package ( Limited model) that DOESN'T have the air suspension. I can't find AWY anywhere on the list (WK2 list), but is listed when combined with other packages ( tow group w/ AWL is $____)

Re: 2017 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

When does the Jeep.com website get updated with more 2017 information? Including photos, build & price, features, etc.

Yes i know we get that all on here but these acronyms get confusing.

Likely September-ish...when the sales/marketing push starts for MY17.

AWY for the Limited is there, option item "I" (Jeep Grand Cherokee WK2 - 2017 Grand Cherokee pricing and options)

You cannot get OR package without air suspension.

Yes, AWL was OR I.

I was hoping that standalone QDII with ELSD would be available on the Overland V6. But if the only way to get it is with the ORII package, then that is what I will probably order. Do you know if standalone QDII will be available on the Summit V6? If it is available on the Summit, I would consider ordering the 17 Summit. I don't really like the brake traction control system in snow on my 14 Overland. Thanks. Al

No standalone QDII for Summit.
