Well I guess it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world for them to iron out the kinks in the new unit in those other models for a month or two before they put one in my new JGC.

To this point what are the odds they will throw it in mid-year vs just waiting for the 18 model? Honestly seems if they really wanted to get it into the 17 GC they would have busted ass to make it happen at launch and be part of the buzz of the new model highlights at press release...

Speaking of press release...no fun sneak peeks for us Milous? Haha

Oh ok no worries, lol only cause I actually liked the bronze, and I agree, they usually put special rims on special editions only...aka 75th/altitude/high altitude

Nothing new in the advance 9/1 press release, basically the same exact info that was released in NY in April (Trailhawk and Summit). No mention of Altitude, no pics of anything other than Trailhawk/Summit.

Come on. 6-cylinder engines can and often do sound OK. 4-cylinders sound like, well, 4-cylinders.
To me, even V12's don't sound that great. Nothing like the sound of a V8.

Re: 2017 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

I cant figure out how I feel about the interior. Sometimes I see it and hate it, other times I think it doesnt look that bad. The new interior with quilted stitching is going to have to be an in person visual. All I can think about is how dirty that white interior is going to get and fast.

The new fog lamps look great though.

Looks great but I need to see the new summit in more colors . I also want to know how the other interiors look . What small adjustments they made ????? The canyon brown needs more contrast stitching if you ask me . The original is a little to plain in my opinion .

As much as I try I can't make myself like Grandma's quit in the summit. New fogs look good though

Well that's an easy decision there then isn't it. 5k more in my pocket and Grandma's quilt can stay in the Cedar chest where it belongs.
