Re: 2017 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

Whatsup with all the headliner confusion? Did something change with them or something?
Black interior gets black headliner, Grand Canyon brown interior gets brown headliner, and the other colors probably get the lighter gray headliner just like its been.

Looking to trading up from my 2015 Chrysler 300C to a 2017 Grand Cherokee and having some trouble making a decision.

Other than the front and rear bumpers, the $4500!!! optional Laguna leather & active noise cancelling speakers/windows ...what is the difference between the Overland and the Summit models?

Ugh - really starting to dislike those new Summit wheels. Even got a "are those the wheels...they are ugly" from significant other which got me rethinking them. May take them off ASAP and replace with some gloss black spider monkey reps.

Okay - don't laugh at my horrid "photoshop" skills, but think some gloss black SRT rep wheels on my black summit will make all of the difference. Takes it from grandma to pretty pimp - lol

Thanks again to FireRN for the HQ pics!

You're right....I missed that. Too bad, was prematurely getting my hopes up on the black headliner because I want a White Summit with black interior.

I couldnt even tell that was photoshop!

It does look pretty good though. It makes the black grill look more appropriate since it matches the wheels.

Re: 2017 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

Question for Milous.

Craig at Koons is configuring a Summit for me. On the printout it shows "restriction" for package 28R. Is there a delay with the 5.7 V8 for the 2017's?

28R is scheduled out for July (August production). It will re-open on 8/11 for September allocation/production.

I'd have to agree. They took a step back in wheel choices.
