Re: 2017 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

On the trackhawk model with the hood sticker/decal. When you wax your vehicle can that get waxed as well or do you need to avoid it?

Reason I asked is not because I am interested in a trackhawk but a challenger instead. The stripe package on the challenger I want is the one with the 3 or 4 stripes on each side of the shaker intake take/hood and back. Waxing in-between those would be a pain in the arse.

Really considering getting the challenger now instead of GC due to a few various factors. I'll just keep my Durango for the next 5-7 winters or so i I do that. The challenger would also be about 8-10k less than a 2017 GC HA if they even come out with one.

Love those wheels.!! Are they the same size as the stock Summit Wheels? Would you mind telling me the approximate cost of the wheels, center caps and lugs?
Thanks!

Thanks! Yep - 20x9 direct swap on the wheels so I can retain stock tires.

$755 wheels, $40 lugs and $70 for OEM center caps. PM me if you want the direct eBay links to these items 👍

Price of the caps was a bit higher than expected, but wanted OEM and not some $10 set that may not fit.

I wouldn't wax the decals... especially matte finished ones. Don't worry about the spaces between the stripes if they're too difficult to do without catching the stripes.

Configure 2017 JGC

While Jeep.com does not yet offer the option to configure a 2017 JGC, it is available at Car and Driver.

Re: 2017 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

I'm trying to find a picture of the 2017 indigo blue / brown interior . Wondering if they got rid of the white trimming . That was the only thing that bothered me about it . Anyone catch a early photo . I've been searching dealership's in the central states and found a couple but no photos were available .

I ran it on the optioned-out Limited 4x4 3.6L I'm planning to order and it matched to the dollar the total MSRP I got when I added up everything using the WK2Jeeps.com info. It also gives invoice prices but, irritatingly, doesn't add them up for you, so I don't know whether that matched or not.
