Not sure if it applies apples to apples to 2017, but based on 2014-2016, the Overland has the following over an optioned Limited
- Leather Dash & upgraded interior leather w/ piping
- Wood steering wheel
- Power Folding mirrors
- Painted lower mounding
- Quadra Air Suspension (would have to add ORAII to Limited - so this accounts for the $1,400 package difference)
- Chrome Tow Hooks (again, ORAII)
- Tow Package standard (vs add TTGII at $795)
So overall it's very close, and the differences are largely cosmetic between the two.
If you're looking for something on the lot (new or used) it's easier to find an Overland that already includes everything vs a fully optioned Limited.
