Looking ahead at the first 1/2 of the model year, I haven't seen anything regarding HA. But special models can be planned and released at the last minute, so can't rule it out 100%.

I don't think you will be too disappointed.

Really not in love with the new grille. The '14-'16 was simpler, more elegant.

I was surprised they all have the black surround, I think with the higher trim levels having it color matched would be nice. But on my wife's red velvet I think the black goes well with it.

Correct. No HA for MY17 unless Jeep suddenly changes their mind about it.

Odd that Jeep is taking orders for the Altitude, but you can't configure one online. No pics or any mention of it on their site or brochure. I really wish the package was available with the off-road II option, black 18" wheels with A/T tires. Would be a great seller, I believe. Might take away some Trailhawk sales though.

If this is true, I probably will order another Overland rather than a Summit. Thanks. Al
I went to my local dealer today, and even though "Build & Price" lets you add Quadra-Drive II as a stand-alone option, the dealers order system does not let them order Quadra-Drive on the 2017 Overland V6. Says it must be a V8. This verifies no stand-alone QD on a V6 without the ORA-II package. Apparently this is an error in "Build & Price". So it looks like I will be ordering a red Summit with the Siena Brown interior. Al

Just looked, Jeep order system has indeed blocked stand-alone QD on the V6 Overland...

Re: 2017 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

Seems to me we've been down this road before with QD and V6 engines.

I originally thought that was the case. But when "Build & Price" allowed it, thought maybe something had changed. Had to check it out. So another reason to get a Summit this time. Al
