2017 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

So you dislike the black plastic on the bottom of the headlight but you think all of the black plastic around the grill looks good?

I didn't 'bag' on the interior too. I said some areas of the dash are looking dated. They can change the front end 20 different tiny ways every other year but the only thing they have done inside is add the 8.4" leaving the rest looking a bit long in the tooth after all of this time.

Think black with gray accents would look sharp too

Milous ; I noticed on WK2Jeeps that you have started 2 new pages - 2017 trail hawk & 2017 summit, and maintain the "future . . . " page too ! Will this be carried over for ALL models in the G.C. lineup and even perhaps the other Jeep Models you cover ? Really liked what you did with the 75th models ! Just wondering, as I am a sponge for new info of any kind (especially of the Laredo kind).

Re: 2017 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

I really like this new black grille on the Summit.

With the new light interior, I finally have the option now to get a black exterior...but on the other hand, I would lose the nice contrast I would get between a tri-coat white paint and the black grille.

Decisions, decisions...

Re: 2017 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

I'm on my 4th consecutive GC ('94, '98, '02, '11) and I said I would move on and try another brand but the 2017 GC Overland or Summit sounds soooo tempting.
I almost ordered a 2017 Audi Q7 last week but I'll wait for more info on the 2017 GC this coming week.

I'm confused - how can this be a 75th without the tow hooks or bronze grill? Did they get a sneak peak at the 17 first?

Overseas model does not get tow hooks. And the bronze is there. You just can't see the color too well under that lighting. It is the 75th though. Or at least that's what the site that I grabbed that from said.

any 2017 Laredo E tidbits? any at all, scraps even. new interior cloth? same or different new grill as more upscale models? oh yea that is why Milous has 2 "reserved" spots at beginning of this thread. I'll just vanish, again; the neglect seems a bit intentional and hurtful.
