Finally see the indigo on the new Summit interior on those motortrend pics - have to say that completely changes it for me. I have the indigo/brown on current Overland, and am ready to get away from the blue. Can't wait to see this interior in the saddle/sienna now.

Personally I don't get what all the hype is all about. What's new here? Shifter, plus some new leather inside and they finally fixed the ugly solution for headlights washer. At the same time summit lost adaptive headlights.

For untrained eye it is hard to spot a change. More hype than substance ... Just saying ...

I remember listening to Cousin Brucie on wabc, am, NY in my 1963 Pontiac Lemans with my reverberator. Sounded awesome at the time.

That brough back a "sick" memory - back in the day (not sure if still goes on) in the area's around the Norfolk, Virginia Naval bases (other Services their too), it's been told that some folks would have signs on their lawns (not many) - "Sailors keep off the grass" ! (?) Did I ever see one . . . NO ! As a Sailor though, I thought twice about that !

Any who, not to derail the fun, just a historical side note.

Wow and I was listening to Cousin Brucie from Long Island "10 years after" (and they were great rock & roll band too!). That would be '73 and I would be driving my very 1st car (new) - a '71 FIAT 850 Sport Coupe. Had it 5 1/2 yrs nearly trouble free, nearly !? The Listening had to wait about 2 months because IT did not even come with a Radio & it wasn't even an option ? So I installed my 1st cassette deck with am/fm + 4 speakers - each door (2) and 2 on the back deck behind the rear bench seat. Weird because the 850 spyder did ! The 850 was the younger cousin to the 124 spyder (now in 2017 Mazda skin).
And the Hits Keep Coming !

Actually, the shifter and loss of adaptive headlights happened on the 2016 minor refresh. It was also supposed to get the lane keeping and park assist, but for some reason they didn't make it, and those 2 items landed on the 2017.
