I believe the rear valence is marked where it has to be cut to make it easier.

Yes, Drawtite uses two bolts that are already on the frame. If OEM uses four, I believe you will have to drill those extra ones yourself. Those frame bolts are really tight. Use proper tools, I busted my shoulder labrum taking them out. It's rated 5K lbs. I went aftermarket because it's only for a bike rack. If I were to tow on a regular basis I would've gone OEM.
