C.A.F.E is a USA regulation. There would be no need for Aston Martin to sell economy cars for the C.A.F.E ratings, plus they would have to sell those 40+MPG cars in the USA. Aston Martin just passes on the penalties to the buyer in the sticker price.
Aston Martin has never built a production car with a V10......mostly V8's and V12's
